That reference was to T-Mobile's Wi-Fi on Heathrow express... annoyingly, their minimum charge is 1hr although the trip lasts no longer than 20 minutes
Things like the Heathrow Express only make sense if you have one of their HotSpot monthly plans rather than pay-as-you-go. Even then, I find Boingo Global better than T-Mobile while I am in the UK (and Europe in general) while T-Mobile is better for me in the USA. Unfortunatelly, T-Mobile won't provide roaming to Boingo, so I can't just drop the T-Mobile plan all-together and use only Boingo.
