6 days and my luggage is still lost. Getting tired of the poor level of customer service from KLM. Mental note: avoid this airline

KLM lost my lugagge on a direct flight from AMS to HEL last week. The compensation was a whopping 25EUR discount coupon that is valid until next August. Sweet.
well, i know this won't help a bit, but just for you to know, the combination air france/finnair is by no means any better. in fact, it is a deadly one. i have tried loosing luggages at both ends, helsinki and paris, and, quite unfortunately, they just compare!... faith and hope be with you!
KLM once lost 20 of our laptops for 2 months (which were in the special direct secure whatever program), and then they did not want to offer any compensation.
