Do you have an explanation for the unnerdification of fonification? Or is it just the verbification of nounificationings which is the questionnessification?
Well...ification: FON manuals point to wrong pages, chapter numbers, and IP addresses (had to Google the correct IP address to be able to follow instructions). Their website is writtern for nerds who speak abbreviations for breakfast. Their support website sits inside an iframe that wastes 63% screen estate. Their support forms return unintelligible messages (like "login here" after submitting feedback). They promise to respond in 48 hours, yet take 168 hours to do it. Putting the FON online drops all Windows computers off the other network in our office and they can't get back. Nor the default or user set password for the private FON network doesn't work. The manual says never to unplug FON when it's "updating", only that there's no way to know when that is happening. Apparently every 24h. Otherwise, it's all good. Or at least it looks good. </rant>
Yes, I got to agree with you there. It can be a lot easier. I am kind of techie but not really. It was not easy to install the router. The install web address was incorrect.....
So un-technofy FON would be a smart thing to do in order to reach mainstream

I like the un-nerd-ify FON comment - I think someone should make FON work better - haven't gotten mine to work yet...
